courgette ribbons, grated pecorino.

Grilled Chicken Breast, with panchetta & onion rosti, 
baby spinach leaves, cacciatore sauce.

Roasted Hake Fillet, white wine tarragon & shrimp velout, 
samphire & oliv oil mash potato.

Vegetarian Pizza, fresh tomato, peppers, onions, sweet corn, 
with scamorza on a tomato base.
